Observe maple sap being cooked down in a large kettle over an open fire to make syrup. Observe maple sap being boiled down using a log as Native Americans would have done. If the trees are running, help gather the sap. Then sample some 100% maple syrup on a silver dollar sized buckwheat pancake in the Wakely House.
