Sound Healing: Effortless Relaxation, Clarity and Rejuvenation

Bathe in soft tones and gentle rhythms created by the combined vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, hand drums and subtle drones

Sound has the power to heal. For thousands of years sound and music have been used to heal the body/mind, to soothe the heart and to invite social connection. In the Sound Healing program, participants are bathed in thoughtfully crafted waves of soft tones and gentle rhythms. The combined vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, hand drums and subtle drones create a rich and deeply relaxing atmosphere which aligns the physical body, calms the conscious mind and sets free the playful soul.

Please bring a yoga mat, a throw blanket, or anything else you may need to support your body as comfortably as possible.
