ROTARY LIGHTS PARADE
PARADE STARTS AT 5PM FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 29th, 2019
PARADE ROUTE Starts at 6th & Main, goes down to 2nd Street and turns right, then turns left on to State Street, enters and makes the complete loop at Riverside Park before breaking formation to park, so participants can attend opening ceremony that begins immediately after parade.
