We invite you who are interested in a cooking demonstration to Piggly Wiggly in Beaver Dam on Sunday, July 23 at 1 p.m. Chef Irene Pawlisch, CC will be teaching you how to make a Crispy Veggie Cake with Cooked Egg and Green Garden Sauce. It is inspired by okonomiyaki, a Japanese pancake containing a variety of ingredients. Chef Irene Pawlisch, CC has been employed with Taher for 3 years. Irene's personal chef philosophy is to "help customers travel the world one plate at a time while promoting locally sourced products on the menu." The demonstration is free and open to the public. After the cooking demonstration, you will have the opportunity to sign up for a Potluck Moai where you will get together bi-monthly for 10 weeks with a group of people to build new relationships and explore plant-based recipes.
