Salutations, Sitting, & Savasana
A great combination of yoga poses, guided meditation, and long, deep final relaxation.
The first half of the yoga class emphasizes mindful, flowing movement through structured sequences of traditional and modern yoga poses. We focus on standing, kneeling, and sitting postures.
The second half of the class encourages cultivating awareness and resting with guided meditation and a hearty, restorative savansana.
Class is moderately paced and suitable for all levels of students – for those newer to yoga or those continuing a lifetime of practice.
