The 30th Annual Scholarship Breakfast sponsored by the Osseo Area Retired Educators (OARE) will be held Friday, Dec. 4 from 6 to 9 a.m. in the Osseo Senior High Cafeteria. Menu includes Belgian waffles, pork sausage links, fruit, whipped topping and syrup along with juice and coffee. Tickets are $8. Proceeds from the breakfast will be donated to the OARE Scholarship Fund, which provides college scholarships for Osseo Area Schools students. The breakfast is for everyone, including the public.
