Martin Golias is a gifted self-taught artist who uses painting to deal with the chronic pain he experiences from long term physical illness. At times when he can't sleep at night, he will get up and use his art to help himself cope. His work expresses the vitality and freedom of his creative spirit which is greater than the limitations of his body. Through arrangements by the Director of Expressive and Therapeutic Arts at Marian University, we are pleased to have this gifted artist at Share Fine Art Galleries. An opening reception will be held on Friday Aug. 7th from 5 - 8 pm.
