Madison-based Wisconsin artist, Tom Loeser is a one-of-a-kind woodworker, furniture-maker, and professor. He creates functional and non-functional objects from public seating fashioned from sheets of industrial felt to cabinets made from hand-gauged and chiseled wood. He is well known for his unique choice of materials which adds a distinctive character to his work.
