Kids' Culinary Academy: Advanced Cooking
Program dates/times: July 13—14, 2020; 8:45 a.m.—3:30 p.m.
Following the theme of "Foods of Mexico," participants will learn advanced cooking skills integral to creating delectable Mexican specialties including: fresh tortillas and chips, horchata, salsas, enchiladas and more.
For youth entering grades 6–10 in the fall.
Important for youth entering grades 6 and 7: Cooking is a prerequisite if you wish to enroll in Advanced Cooking.
