AGES 7-13 years old plus at least 1 parent/guardian
Yoga helps to increase flexibility and build strength while promoting balance both physically and mentally. A calm mind and body allows for greater focus in other areas of one’s life. The Y welcomes you to bring some balance and calm to your life and your child’s life with a 4-week family yoga class! Come learn what Yoga is all about with a certified instructor. We will work to develop a personal practice as well as adding in some fun partner yoga.
