AGES 12 years old plus at least 1 parent/guardian
Would you like to spend more time with your teen? Would you like to find more time to exercise? Show your teen the value in working out and staying fit by working out together in this four-week fitness program. Reach a higher level of fitness with your teen while you work, learn and grow together. Your instructor will guide you and your teen through strength and conditioning exercises that will get your heart pumping as you have fun and bond with your teen.
