AGES 10-11 with parent OR AGES 12+
Have you wanted to try yoga, but not sure what it’s all about? Both TEENS and ADULTS are invited to join us in learning the basics of yoga! Experience the many benefits of yoga including increased flexibility and strength, improved posture and balance, a calmer and more focused mind, and much more! You will learn the basic poses with clear, detailed instruction and demonstration so you can feel successful in any of our drop-in yoga classes on our Group Fitness Schedule.
