AGES 10-11 with parent OR AGES 12+
Have you ever wondered what group cycling is all about? We invite both TEENS and ADULTS to join us in learning the basics of participating in a group cycling class! Cycling is a great low-impact form of cross training to improve muscular endurance. In this class, you will learn how to properly set-up the indoor cycling bike, the different positions on the bike and the various cues given throughout a group cycling class. After this 2-session class, you will feel more confident attending our drop-in group cycling classes!
