Prenatal Yoga Class
Expecting Mothers - this is the class for you!
Are you an expecting mother looking to strengthen your body and prepare your mind for the birthing process? If so, this 4-week class is for you! In prenatal yoga, we will practice modified poses appropriate for all stages of pregnancy and also cover breathing and relaxation exercises that will help in preparing for labor. This class is open to those new to yoga as well as experienced yogis.
