Postpartum Fitness is an 8-week beginners journey towards feeling wholesome again. This 8-week session is geared towards mamas who struggle with losing their baby pouch, Diatasis Recti, given birth within a year or more. You will focus on healing from within and improving your well being and overall health with nutritional guidance and carefully selected exercises. We will start off slow and steady. We will take before and after assessments. Please bring water, yoga mat and a resistance band if you have one. Items will be provided if you don't have any.
Takes place every 2 weeks, total of 10 sessions Wed 5:45 pm - 6:45 pm Sat 7:15 am - 8:15 am
