Black Star Drum line is a program that gives people ages nine-18 in the Madison community an opportunity for creative expression through the "Percussive Arts". This group performed more than 600 times in Wisconsin, and, now, they're coming to your favorite spot in Madison: the Memorial Union Terrace.
