Food and Beverage Tasting of Items Locally Made & Produced

CATALYST, the Beaver Dam Chamber of Commerce’s new group aimed at engaging Millennials, is hosting three events during YP Week at the end of April, and you’re invited! The event on Tuesday April 24th is a collaboration with the many food and beverage producers of the Dodge County region. Enjoy wine and beer made locally. Taste milk and cheese, apple juice and locally made preserves. Feast on award winning meats produced locally and relish sweets such as local chocolates and honey. This tasting event in the beautifully restored Spring Brook Estate mansion is designed for single and couple millennial's looking for an interesting night out, good food and a chance to network and meet other people. The evening will include tours of the wedding event facilities at the Spring Brook Estate. The newest members of our workforce are encouraged to bring their friends and co-workers. We need a head count for food so please RSVP through the Chamber’s CATALYST Facebook page or TEXT Alison at 920-296-4469. CATALYST will be hosting programming and events throughout the year designed to engage our newest members of the workforce.
