Speaker Crawl

An evening of presentations, dialogue and casual conversation.

CATALYST, the Beaver Dam Chamber of Commerce’s new group aimed at engaging Millennials, is hosting three events during YP Week at the end of April, and you’re invited! The event on Friday, April 27th is the first ever of its kind in Beaver Dam. A Speaker Crawl features multiple speakers in one location, with several of them speaking simultaneously in different parts of the facility. Each speaker makes a brief presentation on a topic specific to their work or interests, with time for dialogue with their audience and questions and answers. This event will feature up to 12 speakers, with 4 speaking at the same time for three series of presentations. Speakers will include Beaver Dam Mayor Becky Glewen, Dodge County Sheriff Dale Schmidt, entrepreneur business woman Linda Chipman, State Representative Mark Born, Apache Stainless Equipment President Ed Paradowski and more! There will be light hors d’ouvres and adult beverages available, free of charge, thanks to our sponsor, Apache Stainless Equipment. Must be 21 or older to attend. The newest members of our workforce are encouraged to bring their friends and co-workers. We need a head count for food so please RSVP through the Chamber’s CATALYST Facebook page or TEXT Alison at 920-296-4469. CATALYST will be hosting programming and events throughout the year designed to engage our newest members of the workforce.
